Validators: You can still earn MNDE via mSOL Directed Stake (through the 

Open Door program), or earn a similar amount of MNDE by referring stakers to Native. Native stake follows the same delegation strategy, so the more SOL in Marinade, the larger directed stake you’ll receive too.(currently 2.45:1 for mSOL and .04 MNDE:1 SOL)
