We are excited to announce the HorizonDEX Loyalty Program, the special incentive program for traders and liquidity providers.

HorizonDEX will be distributing a portion of its HZN tokens to the community through our newly introduced loyalty program

By participating in this program, you can earn yHZN. The more yHZN you accumulate, the larger your airdrop allocation will be.

Activities such as Swapping and Adding Liquidity will allow you to earn yHZN.

Note : Moreover, early adopters will receive a proportionally higher airdrop than those who join later.

Here is how to earn yHZN:

• Earn 1 yHZN per dollar of trade volume.
• Earn 1 yHZN per dollar of liquidity provided every 24 hours (must be in range).

Introducing Loyalty Program

The loyalty program aims to incentivize trades and help maximize profits for traders. Traders and Liquidity Providers will be rewarded with yHZN.

Based on volume, the more trading fees generated, the more rewards. Earned yHZN can be converted to xHZN tokens after the TGE.

Note: You will automatically receive 1 yHZN every $1 generated in trading volume.

Moreover, we will also reward liquidity providers. Every liquidity provider will earn 1yHZN per dollar of liquidity provided every 24 hours (must be in range)

Important Note: Liquidity providers will only get rewarded if they are providing liquidity within range. If they decide to provide liquidity outside Range, no points (yHZN) will be rewarded.

yHZN — The HorizonDEX Loyalty Points

The yHZN points are an off-chain Horizon points system which will be used to quantify rewards for traders and liquidity providers.

The Genesis epoch is here!

The loyalty program will start with a Genesis Epoch (Epoch 01).

The genesis epoch starts before the token generation event (TGE) of the HZN token and will keep running for 14 days.

The purpose of the genesis epoch is to bootstrap the early incentive for traders and potentially increase the earning of liquidity providers before the HZN token is available.

Details 

To have a proper kick start of our liquidity, we will allocate a pretty high amount of HZN in the first genesis epoch which will only last for 14 days.

Totaling 900,000 HZN tokens will be allocated for the genesis epoch of the HorizonDEX loyalty program.

The genesis epoch will last for 14 days, starting on July 19th 16:00 (UTC) and ending on August 2nd 16:00 (UTC+1).

Eligible tokens

The genesis epoch will start with a few eligible tokens that have sufficient liquidity, since there are not many tokens available on the Linea mainnet at this moment.

The eligible tokens are

• $ETH, $BUSD, $AVAX, $BNB, $MATIC, $WETH more to be added soon

Considering the available liquidity, recommended pools are

• BUSD — ETH
• ETH — BNB
• BUSD — BNB
• MATIC — ETH
• AVAX — ETH

Soon you will see your loyalty stats, including your earned yHZN, estimated rewards, total yHZN supply in the Rewards screen on HorizonDEX.

Rewards

Certain rewards will be allocated for each epoch, and participants can claim their rewards proportional to their yHZN share.

The calculation of the reward amount is as follows.

rewardAmount = (yourEpochBalance / epochTotalSupply) ∗ epochTotalReward

The reward amount is not at 1:1, and may go down with more people participating because your yHZN share has been diluted.

Selected tokens

The loyalty program is activated to select tokens and only trades through pools comprising both eligible tokens can receive yHZN rewards.

For example, if ETH and BUSD are eligible tokens, trades through the ETH<>BUSD pool will be rewarded with yHZN, while trades through XXX<>BUSD or XXX<>ETH pools are not eligible.

Future Epochs

There will be more Epochs moving forward for collecting yHZN points.

The loyalty program will run with epochs. The rewards will be supplied with every new epoch.

Note: there will be probably a slight delay of the reward distribution of the genesis epoch post TGE

Q How can I participate in and earn yHZN?
A You will automatically and immediately receive yHZN rewards when you make a trade on eligible pools or provide liquidity.

Q When can I claim the rewards?
A You will be able to claim the rewards after the epoch ends. Rewards will be distributed in xHZN..

Q Does this mean the vault of 1 HZN is equal to $1?
A No, 1$ in trading volume will be rewarded with 1 yHZN . However the HZN rewards are based on yHZN share instead of the amount.

Q Why do my estimated rewards go down?
A There are more people participating and there is more yHZN supply in the ongoing epoch than before, causing your yHZN share to decrease.

Q I made a trade of $10,000, how many yHZN will I receive?
A For example, if you have traded $10,000 in the ETH-BUSD pool you will earn 10,000 yHZN.

Q Can I trade yHZN?
A yHZN is an off-chain points system and is not transferable/nor a real token and can only be redeemed for rewards. Beware of scams.

Q What’s the difference between my lifetime balance and the epoch balance?
A The lifetime balance is the sum of your earned yHZN in all epochs, while the epoch balance is your yHZN balance in the current / corresponding epoch.

Q What’s the difference between cumulative supply and epoch supply?
A The cumulative supply is the sum of yHZN minted in all epochs, while the epoch supply is yHZN minted in the current / corresponding epoch.

Q The rewards will be calculated with lifetime balance or epoch balance?
A The rewards will be estimated / calculated with your yHZN balance and the yHZN supply in the current epoch.

Q I have done already the pioneer campaign, should I still do the Loyalty Program?
