Steps are simple
Follow “Chainspot” on
Head to the Chainspot page, connect your MetaMask and Venom wallets, Change your MetaMask network to BSC Mainnet, Claim 10 CST tokens and transfer them to the Venom Blockchain then Approve the TX on the Venom wallet.
